Razor-N-Tape was first launched in 2012 by owners JKriv and Aaron Dae, and has since celebrated more than 100 releases. The Brooklyn-based remix and edits label, Razor N Tape, have been responsible for some top quality Deep House and Disco over the 10 years since its inception.

JKriv is a Brooklyn-based producer, DJ, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and label owner. With a professional musical career stretching nearly 2 decades, Jkriv has gained serious attention recently for his original productions and inspired DJ sets, and was called “an innovator of the scene” by Defected Records boss Simon Dunmore. It’s a title he has rightly earned, with releases and remixes on Joey Negro’s Z Records, Soundway Records, his own label Razor-N-Tape, among many others, plus massive new singles and remixes for Glitterbox.

Aaron’s versatility as a DJ, promoter and label owner have kept him at the forefront of underground house music since 1994. On the decks, he crafts deep, soulful, funky, spacey sets that take audiences on an aural journey. As a label owner and A&R director, Aaron embraces tracks steeped in the classic 90s house vein as well as grooves of the cosmic disco sort. In whichever realm he works, the Brooklyn-bred artist intertwines a soulful commonality into his electronic sound. Its house music understood on all levels.

Brooklyn based vinyl-centric DJ with an insatiable passion for moving dance floors. Co-founder of Discoteca; a roaming DIY party currently making waves in the underbelly of NYC, and co-founder of The Funky Seshwa; a monthly clubnight at Good Room with a focus on sharing psychedelic dance music from around the world.
